When & how will my order be confirmed?

Upon your expressed interest in placing an order you will receive an electronic estimate by same or next business day for your review and acknowledgement.  Please review for accuracy.  The estimate will detail your expectations; design(s), quantity, decorating technique(s), color scheme, packaging and total anticipated charges including shipping & handling fee (if applicable). Once the estimate is approved, an Order Confirmation/Invoice will follow for your final review with delivery confirmation and link for secure online payment.

What are the ingredients?

Edible Impressions Signature Sugar Cookie: sugar, butter, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, eggs. Contains milk, wheat and eggs.

Royal Icing: meringue powder – dried egg whites, powdered sugar, gum, water, vanilla extract. USFDA approved color gels. 

How long will my cookies stay fresh & yummy?

Our cookies are best consumed upon receipt; within 2 weeks.  They do stay fresh in air tight packaging for up to 2 - 3 weeks.  Cookies may be wrapped for freezer and enjoyed later. Cookies stay fresh for up to 3 months in the freezer; if stored in freezer safe container.  Do not refrigerate.  To thaw, simply remove from freezer to counter top for 30 minutes…..Fresh & Yummy!

How many cookies do you recommend for my expected guest count?

The catering rule of thumb is 2-3 cookies per person, depending on cookie size and other desserts being served.  If our decorated cookies are the primary dessert, lean to the higher side; if the cookies are supplement to other sweet treats lean to the low side 1 – 2 cookie per person.

Estimated cookies sizes: Large 3 1/2"”, Medium 2” Small 1 1/2”.  Custom sizes are also available upon request.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pick up location:  4415 W. Laverna Ave., Mequon, WI 53092, For on site assistance dial 414-313-5281.  Pick up by appointment.

Note not a store-front.  Edible Impressions city & state commercially licensed bakery is located in a residential area.  

Do you ship cookies?

Yes! Nationwide shipping available. Most cookies shapes and presentations may be shipped upon request. Cookies are shipped from our licensed bakeshop in Mequon, WI.  Total cost for shipping is supplement to total cost of custom cookie presentation.  Your Order Confirmation will detail actual shipping & handling fee, ship date and expected arrival date.  Picture of final presentation and UPS tracking # emailed to order point of contact on ship date.

What forms of payment are available?

On line credit card payment accepted via Square.  ACH or check payment for large volume orders is appreciated.   50% deposit payment due upon placing order with estimated count. Final balance due upon receipt of final count due 10 business days prior to order due date. Full payment is required prior to shipping.
